This is our talent screening process.
Screening Overview
Step 1: Record
- Select ONE prompt below
- Record a 2-5 minute response (standard equipment is sufficient)
Step 2: Upload & Submit
- Upload: Save your video to Google Drive (permissions set to "Anyone with the link can view") or YouTube (Unlisted or Public)
- Submit: Copy the video link and paste it into the Asset Intake at scalarprime.xyz/intake
- Complete contributor information and rights agreement
Step 3: Evaluation
- Response reviewed within 24-48 hours
- Assessment criteria: communication clarity, authenticity, engagement, and suitability for client projects
- Qualified contributors are notified for onboarding
Step 4: Onboarding
- Access to project opportunities
- Compensation details provided upon acceptance
- Flexible engagement model. Work on your schedule.
- Full rights retention. Scalar Prime licenses for AI training use.
